My friend Hiko shared this footage of free diving in the clear waters off Hilo on the Big Island. Check out their monofins and breath-holding abilities – it’s the latest cool thing to do underwater. And I want to do it! In one of life’s little synchronicities, I read an article on this same topic in the magazine Hana Hou – traveling back to Hawaii on Hawaiian Airlines last month.
